SATURDAY is a high demand day, so therefore SATURDAY BOOKING WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RESCHEDULE OR REFUND UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!

DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE , you can reschedule your appointment once after original day of booking for 30DAYS upon sending a 48hrs notice. No rescheduling after 30 days.

Please choose your services carefully.
The service chosen cannot be change to a lesser service price, each service requires different time or you are required to pay the full price for the original service booked.
(For example: Booking a relaxer retouch for ($105) then change to just a wash and style $55)

Appointments booked for Tuesdays to Fridays are able to reschedule.

To reschedule please to send an email/text or call 48hrs to start time no later, to avoid paying full service charge or your next appointment will not be accepted, Thanks.

A refund will only be rendered if I’m not able to make your appointment due to my health or family circumstances.

LATE ARRIVAL ​

30 minutes late and your appointment is cancel!

In order to respect the time of both guests and your stylist, I simply ask that you notify me of your late arrival time in order to avoid paying a $15 late fee.  ​

No Show

​

In order to respect the time of your Stylists, if an appointment is no showed you will be subject to a no show fee charge of 100% of the total amount due for services.
